About Us — ThreadsVideosDownloader.com
We started ThreadsVideosDownloader.com with a pretty simple frustration in mind: you spot a great video on Threads, you want to save it for later or share it somewhere else, and suddenly you’re stuck. Threads doesn’t make it easy to download videos directly, so people end up hunting for random tools, dealing with sketchy pop-ups, or giving up entirely. Threads Downloader
We figured there had to be a better way.
What We Do
ThreadsVideosDownloader.com is a free online tool that lets you download videos from Threads in just a few seconds. Paste a link, hit download, and you’re done — no software to install, no account to create, no unnecessary steps in between.
We built it to be fast, simple, and genuinely easy to use, whether you’re doing this for the first time or you’re someone who downloads videos regularly for personal projects, content archiving, or offline viewing.
Why We Built This
Honestly, we’re just people who use social media a lot and got tired of the same problem everyone else runs into. Rather than complain about it, we decided to build the solution ourselves. What started as a small side project turned into a tool we now maintain and improve regularly based on feedback from people who use it.
We care about keeping things straightforward. No confusing interfaces, no forcing you to sign up before you can use the basic features, and no burying the download button under ads and distractions.
Our Approach
A few things matter to us:
Simplicity first. If a tool takes longer to figure out than the task it’s supposed to solve, it’s not doing its job. We keep our interface clean and our process minimal.
Respect for your time. No unnecessary sign-ups, no forced newsletters, no walls between you and the video you’re trying to download.
Responsible use. We built this tool for personal, non-commercial purposes — things like saving content you want to revisit, archiving your own posts, or keeping a copy of something meaningful. We’re not affiliated with Threads or Meta, and we always encourage people to respect content creators’ rights and the platform’s terms when downloading and using video content.
Ongoing improvement. The internet changes, platforms update their systems, and tools need to keep up. We regularly maintain and tweak the site to make sure it keeps working the way it should.
Looking Ahead
We’re a small operation, but we’re committed to keeping this tool reliable, free, and easy to use. If you run into issues, have suggestions, or just want to tell us what’s working (or not), we’re always open to hearing from the people who actually use the site — that feedback is what shapes where we take this next.
Thanks for stopping by, and we hope the tool makes your life a little easier.
